Possession of a Substance

Nobody, except as authorized under the regulations, can possess, seek, or obtain a substance that is included in Schedule I, II or III under the Canadian Criminal Law. The accused must have the knowledge, consent, and control of a narcotic substance. However, it is not necessary that the individual should be aware of the exact type of drug, rather only be aware that it’s illegal.
